SIFE UNISWA Kwaluseni to exploit economic gaps
STUDENTS In Free Enterprise (SIFE) UNISWA Kwaluseni is determined to exploit the economic, environmental and social gaps opened in the sub-Saharan Africa.
Faculty Advisor, Dumsile Nkambule said this would be done through, among other initiatives, supporting strategic areas contributing to progress in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
These include dispersing entrepreneurial knowledge nation-wide, sourcing markets for local small and medium enterprises (SMEs), advocating for women empowerment, and facilitating increased participation of the physically-disabled in business.
She said to the same degree as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) pioneered a set of concrete development objectives linked to supporting the MDGs, the team had a self-given mandate to diversify its motivation.
